I will answer this comment by a question and say “how?” She answers”by lifting weights… Is lifting weights only for men? My answer to this is question is “Definitely no” Women who lift weights have a better feminine allure. Weights: tones, shapes, reshapes, makes her feel good about herself and have the looks she wants to have, because weights enhances that muscle shape! Women have a small amount of the male muscle building hormone testosterone and abundance of the feminizing hormones. This hormonal ratio prevents any development of masculine appearing muscle through weight training. When women lift weights they will only develop the muscles they have they can’t add any! Think about where will they get them from? Bodybuilding will give you not only a fantastically strong athletic body but also a sense of mastery, patience to learn, capacity to change, ability to cope with problems. A relief from depression, the power to create a new positive self image with a very high self esteem. Body building is not only for men, its for women also. Working out has benefits far beyond a beach body it’s good for the looks but its great for the health and the mind! |
